I am a financial economist. I research how financial markets can better serve their constituents. I am specifically interested in Corporate Governance — the combination of market mechanisms, voluntary practices and law and regulation that enable firms to create economic value. I have studied issues such as collective activism by investors, efficient contracting practices in M&A and corporate governance regulation.
